In 2018, a spark of creativity ignited as Konstancja, Karolina and Patrycja set out on a mission beyond design - to become shaping the future. This shared passion led to the birth of Big Hat Poland, a creative collective daring to redefine the horizon.

In 2021, the talented Iwona joined the narrative, adding her unique brushstroke to the collective canvas. Fueling their boundless creativity, the team gathers twice a week for immersive sessions, where they seamlessly blend their diverse skills in speculative design, logotype creation, website development, and hackathons.

United by a shared commitment to pushing boundaries, they not only craft visually stunning designs but curate experiences that resonate beyond the present - because at Big Hat, the future is their ever-expanding canvas.
